Shopping online with LEARN USA allows you to experience the convenience you've come to expect from the World Wide Web.

Ordering On-Line is easy, convenient and secure!

When you order On-Line, you are ordering from secure order forms and software designed specifically for internet commerce. We accept PayPal Express Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Our site uses Verisign/PayPal for On-Line Secure order processing.

How do I order?

All you do is go through the Departments and find the products you are interested in. When you find something you do like, click on the item/product link (highlighted and underlined) and add it to your shopping basket. Shipping costs and taxes, if any, will be automatically calculated. When you are done ordering your complete order will be displayed. Once you purchase a product you can continue shopping for more products by clicking on "continue shopping". That's all there is to it!

Ordering by Phone

Our expert Customer Service Representatives are here Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (Eastern Standard Time) to help you with your order, questions or to receive feedback. Please call or e-mail if we can be of service to you. If you call and can't reach a live person, leave a message on our voice mail and we will contact you and take your order within 24 hours. Or, you can leave your information on the message, including the product(s) name, quantity, address, shipping address and your credit card information (Name on the card, number, expiration date, type of card) and will ship your order out the next day.

Fax Orders

The ordering software gives you the choice to order by fax or on-line. To order by fax, just complete your selection of products and print out your Fax Order form as instructed and mail with your check or money order to LEARN USA, PO Box 3990, Plant City, FL 33563

You have several options on how to pay for your products. You can use a credit card on-line, print out a hardcopy of your order to fax, mail in or telephone us with your credit card information or mail in your order with a check or money order. You may also mail Checks and Money Orders in US funds/currency. A $25 service charge will be applied to any returned check. Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within Florida at the rate of 6.75%.

Shipping

Products when you want them & how you want them... in perfect condition. We ship US Postal Service, USPS Priority Mail & UPS, as well as FedEx within 24 hours of receiving your order. Most orders should be received within 3-5 days. In the case of digital orders, you will receive your products within minutes. All products are shipped directly from LEARN USA. To determine when the product you ordered is being shipped, just call 1-877-LEARNUSA or (813) 752-8400 or email us at: producst@learnusa.com. Shipping charges for any product are automatically calculated and included in your purchase cost. You are not charged for any product until we have shipped the product or confirmation is received that the product has been shipped and when it was shipped. If for any reason you do not receive your product/order within 1-2 weeks, please do contact us. 10% restocking fee and cost of Shipping charges are levied on merchandise returned.

International Orders

Yes. International shipping is available. We welcome International orders. We will ship to any country serviced through the US postal Service. If your delivery address is outside of the USA, shipping and handling is automatically calculated and included in your order total. The charge is calculated by weight of the products you order. There will be no charge to your account until your order is shipped. If you have questions, just email us and we will respond ASAP.

Returns

All products shipped from LEARN USA are in excellent condition. If, by chance, your product is damaged in shipping or seemingly defective, please do contact us immediately so we can assist. If any merchandise is considered defective, the item must be shipped back to us and we will send you a replacement product. We must be made aware of any problems within 30 days in order to warranty your product. We do require a return authorization for any damaged product. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you do return a product, please include a brief statement as to what specifically you consider the issue to be with the item/product.

There is a "No Return" policy in effect for any and all products. Should we determine that a product is defective or damaged, we will replace the product immediately. Special exceptions are considered, but, they are very infrequent. If return is agreed upon due to some special consideration, there will be a 10% restocking charge assessed.

Backorders

At times, the Store may not have stock of certain items/products. We will make every effort to get you the product you requested as soon as the product is available to us. Please be patient as some of the products are hard to come by. If we can't fulfill your order within a reasonable amount of time, we will notify you. You will not be charged for any order until we ship it.
