The Identity Compass® shows which mental, emotional and behavioral factors make an individual or team member successful and how thinking and perceptual preferences can (and should) be combined more efficiently thereby creating a more rewarding work environment and enhancing team (and individual) performance. As a result of the team IC assessment there can be a direct means of strengthening the understanding and mutual respect of each member's preferences in thinking, perceiving and relating. Each of the thinking preferences (and other measured attributes) advantages can be shown and explained, allowing for team members to "get to know each other more thoroughly" and understand how their preferences can be utilized for optimal team performance.

IC Consultant Training: You can also become a Licensed IC Consultant by attending this 3 day training which licenses and certifies you as an IC Consultant qualified to administer the Online Assessment of Thinking-Preferences to individuals and companies.

Individual & Team Assessments + Identity-Coaching™ with Elvis Lester

Through targeted and strategic exercises the IC Team will provide your team a wonderful opportunity to "find its own solutions" and integrate them into their professional and personal lives. When there are problems in a team, the Identity Compass® Assessment facilitates a fast analysis of the problems by means of a team assessment and utilization of individual and team strengths. The Identity Compass reveals at first glance which preferences (team members may have) in thinking, relating and evaluating that may conflict with each other or lead to problems or impact overall team performance. Having that knowledge, a simple explanation of structures in thinking and development of skills in how to adapt them can quickly lead to an improvement of the situation and evolved individual and team performance.

When team members solve tasks that "fit" and adapt to their working style and thinking-preferences, they experience a higher job contentment (and commitment) and access 'flow states" leading to higher productivity and pleasure at work. Have each member of your team (or just key players) take the Identity Compass Assessment online and set up a telephone session to review each member's results and "get to know" their personal thinking-preferences including how they are best motivated, what they value, how they perceive and process information and their preferred communication channels.

This session provides each member with valuable insight and exercises on how to best "stretch their skills" at thinking, perceiving and communicating to fit for highest performance. Coaching for individual team members is provided.

Upon receipt of your order you will be contacted to set an appointment for the IC review and coaching with Elvis.

Sessions are 30-60 minutes in duration and provide you the opportunity to obtain valuable insight into what motivates you, how your thinking-preferences drive and impact behavior and performance as well as relationships.

Onsite training and team building is available utilizing your team's IC results for an additional charge.

How does this work? You simply complete the IC Inventory online and a "thinking-preference profile" is generated. We send you the results via email via pdf. When you review your IC profile with Elvis, an IC consultant, he will help you utilize the results in coaching towards making positive and productive shifts immediately in how you think-feel-evaluate.

Coaching is utilized to review your profile and make calculated transformations in the way you think and feel, evaluate/perceive and process information to improve your performance and behavior.
