So, you are licensing our music for your project? Here are examples of various uses.
If you are using TranceLand™ Productions Music for:

Direct-to-video, DVD, CD, CDR, DVDR or other similar media, including replication, distribution, promotional, or sale;
Live Trainings, Seminars, Conferences, Conventions;
Sessions for clients (recorded or non-recorded);
Personal or Professional Website or Internet Use (Non-Commercial & Commercial - to promote a business, product, service or club);
Non-Broadcast Multi-media Use (Live events, Power Point presentations, trade shows, conventions, conferences, seminars, etc.);
Advertising and Promo use;
PDFs, Books, Magazines, Games, Electronic and Toy Use;
Local, regional, or any non-ASCAP/BMI licensed broadcast television use;
Local, regional, or any non-licensed cable television use;
Television use premiering inside or outside the US;
Wireless Content: Ring Tones/Blogs/Shareware/Freeware/Wireless Gaming, etc;.
Greeting Cards/Email Greeting Cards/Email Brochures;
Miscellaneous: Podcasting, All Radio Use, Music on Hold, Film Festivals/Competitions, Non-Profit (most), Religious Use (most)...
...then TranceLand™ Productions music requires a signed license agreement & an advanced royalty payment as described below in the TranceLand™ Music Rates section.
TranceLand™ Productions Terms of Use apply at the time of your use or receipt of hard copies/files of TranceLand™ Productions music & not at the time of download. Other than for National Network Broadcast content as specifically described herein, using TranceLand™ Productions music in conjunction with or to promote a revenue-generating business, product or service either directly or indirectly (such as free giveaways) requires a license agreement with TranceLand™ Productions.
TranceLand™ Music Rates (Non-Exclusive End User Agreement)

Pay $250 advance royalty minimum to use selected Library Cuts "Set" produced by TranceLand™ Productions.

The fee to reproduce music on customer’s product is $250 advance royalty payment - $1.00 per product/recording manufactured or digitally delivered. Additional payments of $1 per product/recording is due after exceeding the minimum royalty fee. Please refer to the License Agreement for more detailed information.
