He holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from the University of South Florida & a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.  Elvis was recently awarded "Licensed NLP Change Master" by Dr. Richard Bandler & John La Valle (Society of NLP).

When you order On-Line, you are ordering from secure order forms & software designed specifically for internet commerce. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We now accept PayPal & PayPal Express Checkout. Our site also uses VeriSign for On-Line Secure order processing!  We don't even receive your credit card numbers as the transaction goes directly through VeriSign to our Banking system.

How do I order?
All you do is go through the Departments and find the products you are interested in. When you find something you do like, click on the item/product link (highlighted & underlined) & add it to your shopping basket. Shipping costs & taxes, if any, will be automatically calculated. When you are done ordering your complete order will be displayed. Once you purchase a product you can continue shopping for more products by clicking on "continue shopping". You can use a credit card on-line, print out a hardcopy of your order to fax, mail in or telephone us with your credit card information or mail in your order with a check or money order. You may pay for your order On-Line using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover using our Secured Order Forms which process your order through Verisign. You may also mail Checks & Money Orders in U.S. funds/currency! We accept all checks drawn on a U.S. bank. A $25 service charge will be applied to any returned check. Returns

All products shipped from LEARN USA are in excellent condition!  If, by chance, your product is damaged in shipping or seemingly defective, please do contact us immediately so we can assist. If any merchandise is considered defective, the defective item must be shipped back to us & we will send you a replacement product!  We must be made aware of any problems within 10 days in order to warranty your product. We do require a return authorization for any damaged product. No returns are accepted after 14 days. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. If you do return a product, please include a brief statement as to what specifically you consider the issue to be with the item/product. 

There is a "No Return" policy in effect for all products & Trainings. Deposits to trainings are also non-refundable.  When you purchase a training and by chance you are not able to attend, you may substitute someone to take your place at the training if you notify us 14 days prior to the training event that you are unable to attend.  We may also allow you to apply your training fee to another training if there are ample openings in the next and appropriate level of training.  Should any product be determined a defective or damaged product, we will replace the product immediately.   If return is agreed upon due to some special consideration, there will be a 10% restocking charge assessed.

Prices are Subject to Change

Book and tape prices including shipping and handling charges are subject to change without prior notice.  Prices on the WebStore may be different from prices displayed in our LEARN USA Training & Product Catalog.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within Florida at the rate of 6.75%.

Shipping

Products when you want them & how you want them! In perfect condition! We ship Practice Building Products, PBP, via UPS. You should receive your PBP Order within 3-5 days.  All products are shipped directly from LEARN USA!  Please allow 5-10 working days for receipt of your product.  

To determine when the product you ordered is being shipped, just ask the sales representative you spoke to or call 1-877-LEARNUSA or (813) 752-8400 or email us at: Elvis@learnusa.com . Shipping charges for any product are automatically calculated & included in your purchase cost.  You are not charged, by law, for any product until we have shipped the product or confirmation is received that the product has been shipped & when it was shipped. If for any reason you do not receive your product/order within 2 weeks, please do contact us. Cost of Shipping charges are levied on merchandise returned.

International Orders

Yes. International shipping is available. We welcome International orders. We will ship to any country serviced through the UPS.  If your delivery address is outside of the USA, shipping and handling is automatically calculated and included in your order total. The charge is calculated by weight of the products you order.  There will be no charge to your account until your order is shipped.  If you have questions, just email us & we will respond ASAP!

Backorders

At times, the Store may not have stock of certain items/products. We will make every effort to get you the product you requested as soon as the product is available to us.  We will fulfill the products that we do have and send you your remaining product when we it arrives.  Please be patient as some of the products are hard to come by.  If we can't fulfill your order within a reasonable amount of time, we will notify you.  You will not be charged for any order until we ship it.
