Identity Compass® (IC) Team Member Assessments
Team
Profiles
Have your
team members (or just key players) take the
Identity Compass Assessment and learn about how
they think and feel, relate and evaluate. We
will set up a telephone session to review each
member's results so that they can "get to know"
more about their personal thinking-preferences
including how they are best motivated, what they
value, how they perceive and process information
and their preferred communication styles and
channels. This session provides each member with
valuable insight and exercises on how "stretch
their skills and abilities" at thinking,
perceiving, relating and communicating.
Upon receipt of your order
you will be contacted to set an appointment for
the IC review and coaching with Elvis Lester,
principal consultant and Identity Coach™.
Pre-Session testing is conducted via
computer-based software completed by each team
member in their workspace/environment. Results
are interpreted both individually and as a team
focusing on team integration and strengths.
